✿ Can we do group orders?

I highly recommend it! Shipping will be cheaper and safer with group orders. I also offer a 10% discount for big orders and incentives for organizers!

Please contact me if you'd like to arrange a group order so we can arrange payment and logistics. (be ready to prove that you are reliable)

✿ What is the store's return and exchange policy?

Items that have arrived damaged will be exchanged while stocks last. Customer will pay for shipping.

✿ Can I cancel my pre-order?

No. All sales are final and will not be refunded.

Contact me if you are transferring your order to a group order.

✿ Shipping

Items will be shipped in 100% recycled courier bags with items safely covered in bubble wrap.

Items are shipped through New Zealand post and shipping costs vary for every region. Standard shipping DOES NOT include tracking.

✿ My order hasn't arrived?

According to NZpost, packages are estimated to arrive:

Local: 1-3 working days
International (standard): 3-10 working days
International (courier): 2-6 working days

Delays may be expected due to COVID-19 and other factors. Please contact your local post office to inquire about delayed or missing packages.

Please contact NZ Post or your local post office for any inquiry to your package once it has been dispatched.

✿ I'm from New Zealand, can I bank transfer my payment and do you do meet ups?

Yep and yep! I can do meet ups in Shore City, Takapuna on weekdays. Please contact me to set up payment and the meet up!
